The PU Integral Skin Foam Taekwondo Headgear is professional-grade head protection specially designed for Taekwondo sparring training and competitions. Manufactured from 100% polyurethane (PU), it is formed in one single step via injection molding, achieving seamless integration between the outer skin and inner core.
2. Core Technology: PU Integral Skin One-Piece Molding
Integral skin (self-skinning) refers to an advanced polyurethane foaming process:
- Dense outer skin layer: thickness 0.3–5 mm, density 600–1200 kg/m³, featuring abrasion resistance, waterproof performance and antibacterial properties.
- One-step molding: The outer skin and inner core are formed simultaneously inside the mold and will never separate.
